What is the relationship between Brisbane Festival, Queensland Theatre and Undercover Artist Festival?

It’s long, joyful and collaborative but it all came together because three organisations wanted to do more for disabled artists.

Brisbane Festival and Queensland Theatre play an integral role in the success of Undercover Artist Festival. Being part of Brisbane Festival allows Undercover Artist Festival to tap into new audiences and take to stage during one of the most anticipated times of the year in Brisbane.

Queensland Theatre, we simply could not turn the lights bright blue without them. They provide the platform for artists with disability to be seen – on stage – as paid professional artists just like any other professional performing artist. They also provide the platform for audiences to purchase tickets to see our artists’ shows!

Collectively we create a loud voice for people with disability and we wouldn’t have it any other way!
